Description
We wanted to brew a straight up IPA for one of our first launch beers with a nice level of bitterness that lasts, Maximum Effort was it! We used a variety of malts to give a good malt backbone and add some depth to carry the wide selection of hops we were planning on using. This beer has a fantastic orange colour and a nice thick off white head, a sweet and malty backbone which carries the aroma well. For the hops we wanted to add a wide selection of modern/new world hops to back up the malt bill and add a good level of complexity in both aroma and taste, mission accomplished!
