Description
The latest from the Funk Dungeon is our interpretation of a Bretted Lager. After primary fermentation with a classic lager yeast, we've pitched a blend of Brettanomyces and our house sour pitch. Lagered in a combination of ex-wine and neutral American Oak casks for 14 months, to provide a well balanced beer with crisp bitterness, backed up by a refreshing acidity.
