Description
Based on the first famous pale lager export from Germany, Cotswold Dort* pulls together the primary characteristics of a Pilsner and Helles - with the hoppiness of the former in balance with the bold malt character of the latter. The result is a full-flavoured, full-bodied lager with notes of citrus, pine and subtle black pepper. Part of our long-matured lager range, having been stored in tank for three months following fermentation. *Name changed to 'Dort' for listing purposes.
