Our Imperial Stout has been a labour of love to say the least. While still a relatively new beer to our bar, Head Brewer Ryan tinkered with the recipe and the brew for a full year at home before he was happy. The end result is a rich, malty beer, full of plum and fig and just perfect either as a dessert in itself or alongside cheesecake, puddings and biscuits. Simply sumptuous!
