We’ve summoned Adrian Baxter to be our new Patrons Project member and are kicking off a series of seven deadly sins with this strawberry and hibiscus ale – Lust. For such an intriguing beer, who else could we collaborate with than the fruit-heads up at Vault City? We’ve teamed up to make this strawberry and hibiscus ale which is loosely based on our first attempts at a seven deadly sins series back in 2015. Seven years later, and we’re revisiting seven deadly sins. Back in the middle of the last decade, Lust was represented as a strawberry, hibiscus and rose saison. We've kept these first two flavours and reworked the recipe to be more representative of fruit smoothie styles that Vault City are famed for. Mosaic hops bring some tropical notes and piney aromas to the party.
