Description
We collaborated with the Hop masters themselves to brew a special hop-forward IPA for Hop City 2022. We balanced El Dorado two-ways, Eclipse and Simcoe for ripe pineapple, zesty citrus peel and sweet mandarin flavours. Hops: El Dorado Incognito, El Dorado, Eclipse, Simcoe
