First brewed in 1997, this is a full bodied barley wine style ale with a tempting aroma of rich caramel and a fresh citrusy kick. Smooth, robust and warming on the palate with luxurious toffee, candied peel and dried citrus fruits. Dry hopped with Cascade and Mosaic which keeps the sweetness in check. Superbly strong and full-bodied barley wine style ale with a boozy aroma of caramel and a fresh citrussy kick. The flavour is smooth and robust with warming alcohol, lots of toffee, candied peel and dried citrus fruits. Huge depth and lingering flavours. Very more-ish.
