Description
Collaboration with beer writer Melissa Cole. Barrel aged Persian dark sour fermented with kefir (milk based product), with the addition of black limes, apricots and sumac spice in the barrel. First pour at FunkFest '19 at the brewery 7-8th September. Dispatch from Monday 9th September.
