Description
Chapter 10 from the Funk Dungeon is a Heritage Saison. A bold, fresh and thirst-quenching beer with a clean, grassy backbone provided by heritage grain Plumage Archer. Aged in a blend of of red wine casks and neutral American oak, before being dry hopped with Amarillo for a punch of zesty tangerine-y acidity. Light and spritzy, holding gentle funk and peppery spice, with a crisp, pleasingly dry finish.
