Description
For our annual saison, brewed each year we used two types of foraged spruce tips along with lightly toasted coriander and orange peel. Hopped with Tettnang and Saaz this saison weighs in at a warming 7.5% ABV.
Backed up by almost 30% Buckwheat and wheat malt. The finish is dry with spicy orange notes and a touch of pine and resin from the spruce tips.
