Description
Terminator – I'll Be Bock is a robust Doppelbock brewed true to German style with an emphasis on a good malt character. We fermented the bock with an excellent German yeast to help accentuate the bock character. It has matured for 10 months on kegs to give it a nice rounded mouthfeel. The pump clip is quite cool and has an electric red diode in the eye of the "Terminator" bock. N.B. The keg has a small "aesthetic" flaw as a small amount of beer has leaked OUTSIDE of the key keg bag when the keg was filled, but that doesn't affect the beer inside the sealed bag in the key keg.
