Description
Pilipala is a sharp, refreshing sour beer brewed with hibiscus flowers. It is not a kettle sour and it contains no lactose. It is instead fermented using Lallemand Philly Sour yeast for a deliciously complex profile with bright, sharp acidity that harmonizes beautifully with the floral and fruity flavour and aroma of hibiscus.
