Damson Melomel. Tart, tannic and fruity, aged for two years prior to blending and bottling. Brewed with 100% honey (Welsh and Eastern European wildflower) and damson juice.

Valkyrie is quickly becoming the favourite melomel amongst the Afon Mêl faithful. Despite being one of our sweetest releases to date the tartness and tannins of the damsons give exceptional balance to this lovely melomel.
