El Dorado & Chinook IPA. Sawmills is our series of House IPA's taking its name from the locion of our new Brewery & Taproom in Diss. Brewed to balance hop bitterness, aroma & malt flavour, this batch focuses on Chinook & El Dorado hops bringing big peach & citrus flavours backed up by the classic Columbus hop adding a healthy dose of pine character.
