Description
The 3rd release of our Norfolk mixed ferm Saison project aged for 2 years in Flint Vineyard Pinot Noir barrels. Brewed to a traditional Saison recipe but using local Norfolk malt & hops, our own wild yeast strains and aged in Norfolk wine barrels this really is an expression of Norfolk.
