Description
We use a deceptively simple malt bill that focuses on roasted & chocolate flavours that is bittered with plenty of English hops to balance the rich body with a spicy bitterness. Over the years Hypothesis has been tried and tested, and all evidence points to a moreish stout that we keep coming back to.
