Description
A mix fermentation version of our Basil Blush Sour that has been aged in wine barrels with our house mix ferm yeast for a further 9 months. Not stopping there we have loaded it further with raspberries & tayberries giving more flavour on a drier sharper finish than the clean beer, but still with a refreshing finish.
