Description
Simple malt base was chosen(Pilsner, Carapils, Wheat, and Flaked Oats) to really make the Incognito product shine. Incognito reduces the waste of dry hopping by at least 7%, meaning more tasty beer for all of us! Collab with the BarthHaas folks, the fine folks behind the greatness that is Incognito. Magnum was used for bitter, Citra was paired with Incognito Mosiac for a beer that is roughly 20grams per litre. Soft, drinkable and pretty damned amazing.
