Description
Birra Val di Non is named after the valley in which our 'sidro birrificio' is situated. Aswell as making Angioletti craft Italian cider here, we also produce a range of unfiltered beers from our microbrewery.
Birra Val di Non 'Bionda Trentina' (the 'blonde from Trentino') is a medium-bodied Italian craft beer
Style: ‘Hell’
Tasting note: A beautiful golden blonde colour; hoppy aromas are followed by a deliciously refreshing mouth-filling palate which gradually give way to a gently bitter aftertaste.
Serving suggestion: Serve at 4 – 6 degrees as a perfect accompaniment to traditional dishes from Trentino such as ‘tortel di patate’.
