Description
The 1st in a new range of IPAs exploring the depths and breadths of modern IPA brewing. Azacca, Cashmere and Idaho 7 hops come together to give tropical aromas of papaya, mango and apricot. A new, slightly more expressive yeast strain from Lallemand compliments the tropical fruit flavours and a simple malt bill of Maris Otter, Oats and CaraGold give a soft, light body.
