Description
This is a lactobacillus fermented beer dedicated to our favourite scientist of beer, Louis Pasteur. Soured in the kettle with Lactobacillus plantarnum to a pH of 3.2, this beer has a pleasantly tart, refreshing tang contrasted with a generous dry hop of Mosaic to give overtones of citrus.
