Description
Probably our most complex hopping regime ever. We've done some serious research about hop interactions at different stages of the process. Using a wide range of classic West Coast "C-hops", the resulting beer has deep, rich flavours of pine and grapefruit, bursting from a caramel-sweet malt base and balanced by a big whack of bitterness. Just as it should be.
