Description
Story - As a homage to our very own Matt Peacock we developed this fresh best bitter in his honour. English Bitter’s may not be the most glamorous style, so we thought we’d throw some craft beer
Appearance - Deep Caramel and honey appearance with crystal clarity. A pillowy light head that lasts the full pint
Aroma - Layered malts and subtle summer fruit
Taste - Toasty malt sweetness, hints of caramel, and a background of light fruitiness. Blended old and new world hops give crisp bitterness and complexity
Pairing - Sharp cheeses or fish & chips
