Description
Story - Speak Out Pale Ale is brewed in partnership with The Burnt Chef Project to provide support and training around mental health in the hospitality industry. Brewed with a specific focus on balance and smash-ability, in the hope that each sip goes down easily.
Appearance - Bright lemon yellow with a strong tight head
Aroma - Lychee and Peach
Taste - Long profile of melon and grapefruit. We anchor all of the lovely fruit cocktail flavours with a satisfying bitterness that doesn't overpower the pallet.
Pairing - Light dishes, Fragrant spices, Umami cheeses
