3rd in our English Hop Series Nimrod is a 4.5% pale brewed using Opus Hops. Crossed in 2013 and released from the hop development program in 2016, Opus was first grown by Simon Parker in Herefordshire and is a sister hop to Emperor. Best used as a late hop addition, notes of Thyme are backed up by a clean lemon finish. Notes of Orange and Floral
