Description
4th up in our English Hop series we have Zephyr. Brewed with Jester hops to give notes of Blackcurrant, Grapefruit and Pine. Jester and its sister Olicana are both seedlings of Cascade. It was the first foray into the new world aromas and remains the most widely planted of our proprietary varieties. Punchy and resinous, the flavour profile of Jester balances well with dark malts and full bodied beers.
