Description
Bemuse is a modern re-imagining of ancient mead. A naturally fermented sparkling drink with nuanced flavours and a crisp, dry finish.
Zippy and unexpectedly tart with plenty of forward zestiness yet well balanced with masses of bright red fruit, blackcurrant leaf flavours, and a gentle, refreshing effervescence.
It is a crowd-pleaser with salty tortilla crisps and guacamole, and complements a bitter-sweet dressed salad such as green bean, orange, and olive salad with red wine vinegar dressing, or a grilled dish such as sea bass with lime, ginger and fennel. It is perfect too with desserts from vanilla creme brulee to summer pudding.
Orange Blossom nectar is foraged by honey bees from Spanish orange groves and is lightly aromatic with a mild citrus flavour and a little sweetness.
