Earlier this year we teamed up renowned beer expert, Melissa Cole as we set about looking to curate Big Drop Brewing's first ever Collaboration Set. We've teamed up with four of the UK's leading craft Breweries, Salt, Fourpure, Fyne & Harbour to a produce the first in Global Series of 0.5% Collaboration Brews. The IPL is the collaboration with SALT. It's a fusion brew of two different classic styles brings the malty backbone of a Helles with the unique zesty, lime character of Motueka hops found in many IPAs.
