Description
Our strongest and darkest beer to date, we didnt hold back on this one. We used 5 different malts to provide a smooth, luscious mouthfeel with rich biscuit and chocolate notes. We indulged ourselves with 10kg of cocoa beans for robust flavour and natural vanilla to create a dessert stout. To balance out the sweetness we used some fuggles and herkules hops, which gives the beer a light bitterness.
