Description
With Azacca and Cashmere, both American hops known for imparting peach, apricot and tangerine notes, this beer was double dry hopped to really bring out those tropical aromas! To achieve a full bodied beer we used a much heavier malt bill than usual, with an abundance of oats to round out the flavour and give the beer a smooth body.
