Description
Spontaneously fermented sour ale, 100% fermented in barrels that are blended after a 12 month maturation. Pale golden yellow in colour, with an intriguing aroma: lemon pith, citron peel, cellar, leather. On the palate it reveals a sharp lactic acidity with typical sourness from Brettanomyces and acetic reminiscences, with a discrete influence imparted by wood in the background.
