BLODEUWEDD - WELSH GOLDEN ALE
Our inspiration for this popular golden ale was the beautiful maiden Blodeuwedd from the legends of the Mabinogi which have their roots in Dyffryn Nantlle. Blodeuwedd was created from a variety of meadow flowers by the wizard, Gwydion, and those wonderful subtle, floral notes are conveyed in this glorious golden ale.

CERIDWEN - WELSH BLACK ALE
Ceridwen was the wife of Tegid Foel the giant and mother of "Afagddu". She brewed a magical potion in her Cauldron of Inspiration and Prophecy, which gave whoever drank it limitless knowledge and wisdom! Our magical black ale is not brewed in a cauldron, but it's just as satisfying as Ceridwen's legendary tipple!

TWRCH - WELSH BLONDE ALE
Y Twrch Trwyth was an enchanted wild boar in the Culhwch ac Olwen tale from the Mabinogion, a series of legends including the Mabinogi which are rooted in Dyffryn Nantlle. King Arthur finally caught Y Twrch following a great hunt and was able to take the comb and shears from Twrch's head before it fled to the sea. A cold refreshing bottle of this blonde ale would have gone down a treat with Arthur after such an adventure!

LLEU - WELSH AMBER ALE
The beer is named after the warrior Lleu from the legends of the Mabinogi, the famous Welsh folklore tales which have their roots in Dyffryn Nantlle. Lleu was a unique, strong, appealing and memorable character, and we have worked hard to convey these features in our beer. Lleu blends the flavours of natural malts and hops which combine to create a unique beer.

GWYDION - TRADITIONAL WELSH ALE
Gwydion was a wizard and a hero from the legends of the Mabinogi which are rooted in Dyffryn Nantlle. Dark, strong and magical – Gwydion the legend and Gwydion the beer share many of the same attributes. The careful combination of natural ingredients and the brewing process itself create a tasty ale with a memorable flavour. Enjoy!

BENDIGEIDFRAN - WELSH RED IPA
Bendigeidfran was the king of the island of Britain in the legends of the Mabinogi, which have their roots in Dyffryn Nantlle. Bendigeidfran was literally a giant of a man; brave and strong of character – features that are reflected in this thoroughly satisfying ale. Our inspiration was to create a strong, tasty Welsh ale, and that is why this IPA differs to most others in that it has a red hue to its colour. A giant of a beer!
