Cymryd y Pyst is our rugby special beer, which translated literally means ‘Taking the Posts’ in English.
This nut-brown beer has been brewed unconventionally by adding dark coloured roasted barley much later in the brew. The result is a deep brown appearance without the deep, sometimes strong taste roast barley can impart.
In short; dark brown, smooth tasting with a very light dry hop finish.
