Ratebeer: 97/100. Complex Yorkshire strong Stingo-style beer, 7.5%. Stingo is 'Yorkshire' for strong ale. The strength, taste and colour betray the traditional addition of black treacle. Our Wallop is barrel-aged for six months in a mixture of wooden spirit barrels for an extra flavour profile.
