Description
Were really excited to release our most recent collab, 17|Table Saison - Mosaic & Hallertau Blanc. The aim with our friends from Garage Beer Co in Barcelona was to marry a low ABV, highly drinkable Belgian Grisette with a modern, hoppy & hazy New England style ale. We built a complex grain bill of 7 different malts and then added a double dry hop of Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc for a earthy, spicy and fruity finish.
