Our 36|Kolsch-Style is based on the classic German style from Cologne in Westfalia. Fermented with Ale Yeast at low temperatures and then lagered for a light, easy drinking beer with a crisp and clean finish. Huell Melon hops bring subtle notes of honeydew, ripe strawberries, and mild apricot, balanced with a mild bitterness that begs another sip.
