As the country descends into more madness of local lockdowns and tiered systems of varying restrictions, we thought wed release a beer that harks back to more normal times. Holding Back The Tiers is a classic American pale ale with a good level of bitterness from Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops reminding us of a time before tiers and hazy beer.
