Bakers, it’s time for your show-stopper challenge! In the second iteration of our Show Stopper mini-series, we have partnered with Swedish legends NERD Brewing to create an imperial milk stout based on a classic rum & raisin sundae. With heaps of vanilla, we have created a milk stout which embodies a delicate ice cream flavour, balanced with a boozy shot of rum and a juicy raisin finish.
