Brewed in collaboration with Manchester's Blackjack Brewery, Skóg Ǫlker (the Ancient Norse name for a forest ale) recreates a forest fruit tart in beer form... Oats and biscuit malts, milk sugars and blackcurrant, blackberry and raspberry give this pale ale a rich, indulgent, blood red body balanced with a tart fruity acidity.
