Description
Our beer is named to represent the Mera of Merakai, coming from a Greek philosophy, the word is Turkish but means creating something that you put all of yourself into.
The beer is a Boston Stout, named so as it's inspired by Olly's trip to Boston, Secret Stairs by Trillium is one of his favourites.
Made with 11 grains and malts and using columbus hops, similar to the US stouts, this complex grain bill gives the stout a deeper and richer mouthfeel than is indicative of its ABV.
