Description
Imperial Mojito Gose brewed in collaboration with Varvar Brew (Ukraine).
We amped up our house Gose recipe to create a delightful 7.0% Imperial Mojito Gose. We used a blend of dulse and sea salt to give the beer it's salty edge, then added a muddle of lime, mint leaves and maple syrup.
