A soft foundation of malted wheat and flaked oats, with layers of tropical and stone fruits from Mosaic, Citra and Sabro hops.
A mixed fermentation of London and non-traditional yeast in a quest to free more hop flavours and leave a smoother body. Mixed fermentation doesn't have to mean dry and funky!
