Description

A 60 Minute IPA collab with Sommar. After the success of our 135 minute IPA last year, we have decided to do a little sister to go and contrast with that beer. This is a 60 minute IPA which was continuously hopped during the course of a 60-minute boil with a barrage of Cascade and Columbus hops to provide a super hoppy Old School vibe flavour then Amarillo and Centenial to round off with a slight fruit hit and bitterness. Fresh pine and grassy tones on the nose with a silky backbone to carry the bitterness to the front stage.
