Sim Cit-E means two things to us at Brew York;
1, An awesome PC game that we used to play when not amateur brewing in 1990s and 2000s.
2, The beautiful union of our two favourite hops, Citra and Simcoe in a juicy and hoppy pale, brewed with Verdant IPA yeast.
