Description
Our State of Mind beers are an exploration into exciting and different styles not commonly seen. Boba Brett started off life as a super juicy and wonderfully hopped pale ale, full of tropical fruit notes and florality.
We then introduced the Brettomyces wild yeast (Brett for short) to this and left it to propagate for a year to produce this super funky beer. The Brett produces a super dry finish, whilst imparting further fruity notes, along a subtle spice and farmyard tartness.
