Description
Bellini Peach Cobbler Sour. This 6% pastry sour delivers exactly as the name suggests. Based on a combination of a classic Bellini cocktail and a peach cobbler Aura is our very own beer interpretation of two of our favourite things!
Peach is clearly evident on the nose and taste from the addition of peach purée. For further sharpness we have added a hint of lime purée. Finally we included a touch of vanilla for sweetness to balance nicely against the sour flavours.
