Description
This Sour Brown ale was produced using our house souring blend and a strain of brett known for producing cherry pie-like flavours, slowly maturing and souring this beer for 2 years in an ex-Australian Tawny Port Barrel. Prior to packaging, we refermented the beer with 200g/L of Perthshire Tayberries.
The resulting blood red-coloured beer is deeply sour, bursting with raspberry, blackberry and cherry fruit flavours and an aged, balsamic finish.
