A wonderfully brewed Heferweizen using a 50/50 split between Wheat and Pilsner and a smidge of Zeus for the perfect bitterness. Pouring naturally hazy thanks to suspend wheat proteins with medium to high carbonation, banana esthers great you before a refreshingly light and mildly sweet flavour profile. A new style for us but now firm brewery favourite bringing a fantastic addition to any tap or bar.
