Description
Fine-tasting, clean and smooth, draught cider, lightly sweetened with apple juice to give a medium-dry, cloudy cider.
Made from bittersweet, bittersharp, dessert and culinary apples, all harvested by hand from a local unsprayed orchard. The fruit is thoroughly washed in spring water before being pressed.
No added sulphites.
