HEX is a new collaboration with our London beer brethren Pretty Decent Beer Co. To herald the frosty months of the year, we opted for a stout with comforting opulence, basing the beer around a well known and well-loved chocolate bar. The artwork is courtesy of artist and horticulturalist Sophia Moseley, who perfectly captured the rich and swirling marriage of the flavour combinations. The art comes with a human and organic touch, courtesy of her use of marbling inks.

HEX is a sessionable stout that is brewed with honeycomb. We used a diverse combination of malts to add a depth and breadth to the malt base, also mashing in very warm to leave lots of residual sugar, giving the beer a nice body that belies its alcohol content. This gives the perfect platform for the honeycomb character to sing, making each sip and slurp a nostalgic treat.
